Video Campaign for Champions of Customer Service. Riffing off the campaign’s 15 sec video, created a 30sec version with a new messaging.

CX TRENDS

Zendesk’s Global Virtual Event, CX Trends, focuses on the five major traps that customer service teams are faced with.
Collaborating with a cross functional team, I animated social media videos, website assets and the creation of an After Effects Toolkit.
